Home Rehab and Repair Program Directory
The Minnesota Homeownership Center maintains a comprehensive list of localized rehabilitation and repair loan/grant program resources available to current homeowners. Some operate as grants, and some operate as loans with below-market interest rates. Most programs are limited to specific geographic locations (i.e., city, county, statewide), and most have qualification income limits.
