The Minnesota Homeownership Center collaborated with Twin Cities-based Family Housing Fund to create this interactive course meant to prepare buyers to become owner-occupant landlords.
This free offering highlights some of the things prospective buyers should take into consideration when deciding if owning a small rental property and becoming an owner-occupant landlord is right for them.
Standard homebuyer education is recommended as a prerequisite. Homeownership advisors are equipped to assist buyers in this area as well.
