Buying and Owning a Manufactured Home was created by the Minnesota Homeownership Center in partnership with Northcountry Cooperative Foundation, Kim Skobba Consulting, and other experts in manufactured housing. Funding for the course was received from the Fair Housing Implementation Council and the State of Minnesota through the Real Estate and Education, Research and Recovery Fund in the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
