Collecting details on this practice, which is a critical part of accessing homeownership for many faiths, is a milestone for us in our continuing work to educate the real estate industry on emerging topics that have an impact on the homeownership gap. The guide is the culmination of many months of work with a number of like-minded partners including the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) Twin Cities, the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, NeighborWorks Home Partners, African Development Center, Minnesota Housing and the Homeownership Opportunity Alliance.
