Important Information For Participants in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program
If you are a participant in the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) you are required to complete 8 hours of pre-purchase education and counseling from a HUD-Approved Counseling Agency.
Please note: Not all Home Stretch providers are approved HUD counseling agencies. The following is a list of approved HUD counseling agencies who offer Home Stretch workshops and Counseling:
